Expansion of Indo-US MIM Tech. Facility at Hoskote, Bangalore

Indo-US MIM Tech. is producing injection molded components of complex shapes in sintered material.
ERG has been commissioned to engineer and manage the expansion activity of the facility.
ERG with an expertise in project engineering & project management has scheduled to complete the job within 22 weeks against cost effective budget and quality.
Bhoomi Pooja for the project was carried out on 01-09-2004.

Horticulture Projects

ERG’s horticulture projects group is working on the development of agribusiness projects with an eye on value-added agricultural operation. The group has been simultaneously carrying out disk surveys and field operations to identify medicinal, aromatic, food and decorative crops that have commercial viability and stability. Strong emphasis has been given to organic farming and adherence to sustainable agricultural practices including soil and waste management.
We have already taken up the implementation of projects for
Ĝ Study and development of various medicinal and aromatic plants at an pilot scale agricultural farms for corporate client.
Ĝ Development of planting material of selected varieties of medicinal and aromatic crops identified for commercial cultivation.
Ĝ Production of vegetable seedlings particularly transplanted vegetables.
Ĝ Development of a model farm for organic cultivation of vegetables.
Ĝ Development of a survey for high value flowering and ornamental plants.
Ĝ Standardization of production and packaging practices for bamboo shoots at different scales of production.
Our first large-scale commercial cultivation project is about to start implementation.
A plant for value added processing and packaging of bamboo shoot is in implementation and will be in commercial operations during the next shooting season.

Inaguration of New facility - Altech Biotech

An U.S based company approached us to setup an Enzymes blending and packing unit in the month of April 2004. ERG provided complete project services including engineering, procurement, construction and execution of electrical, mechanical and connected works.
The project was completed in within the time and cost estimates planned to the full satisfaction of the client.

ERG to Engineer New Facility for Manufacture of Connectors and Relays

Engineering Resources Group has taken up the project engineering and management services of a new facility for a French company, Deutsch Connectors and Relays Pvt. Ltd. on Turnkey basis. The project work commenced for the first phase on 16th July 2004.
The technologies developed by Deutsch in the field of connectors and switches have gone a long way to create innovative solutions to customers all over the world. The parent company Compagnie Deutsch has its presence felt in all five continents.
